【Regarding reservations for seasonal afternoon tea】
▶Reservations must be made by 17:00 the day before.
▶We accept one order per person.
▶Since it is a limited quantity product, we will stop accepting reservations when the number of reservations reaches the number of sales.
▶If we are unable to reach you after 30 minutes past your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation,
so please make sure to contact us if you will be late.
▶Cancellations made up to 17:00 the day before the reservation is free of charge, and cancellations made on the day of
the reservation will 100% charge of the meal cost.
▶Because it is a limited quantity product, it is not eligible for discounts such as Hilton Honors member discounts and HPCJ member discounts.
