<red>Dominique Laurent is the best négociant (broker) who impresses Burgundy wine lovers around the world. Born in 1956. He left his family business as a pastry chef and started working in the wine industry in the late 1970s through a friendship with a friend. He started his négociant business in 1989. He studied traditional winemaking under famous producers in Burgundy. Just as the best pastries are made from the best ingredients, he spares no effort to help people turn the best grapes into the best wine. To allow the wine to age as he wishes, he also produces barrels in his own workshop, which have come to be praised around the world as magic casks. He currently owns his own vineyards and brews Domaine wine with his son Jean.
