・We may not be able to accommodate your request for seating.
・Please be sure to contact us if you are late for your reservation.
・Due to seating circumstances, we may cancel your reservation if you arrive 30 minutes after your reservation time. Thank you for your understanding.
・The surrounding roads are very congested, so if you are coming by car or bus, please allow plenty of time.

[About cancellations]
Please pay for food and drink at the store you use on the day. In the event of cancellation without permission or cancellation during a period in which charges are incurred, we will charge a cancellation fee from the credit card information we have received, up to the amount of the number of people and menu you selected, based on the conditions described in the cancellation policy.
If you only book a seat, a cancellation fee of 10,000 yen will be charged.
