*Reservation rules*
●We accept reservations every Monday for the week after the following week.
●Please make sure to order one cup per person.
●Children under elementary school age are also requested to place orders.
●Reservation times are approximate. Entrance times may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

If you do not arrive by the appointed time, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
●Please order one drink per person. Concurrent meals are not permitted.

*Cancellation policy*
In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows, calculated from the date and time of your visit.
●Within 12 hours prior to your visit: ¥1,500 per person

*Changes to reservation date, time, and number of people*
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or date and time after a reservation has been made, for any reason. Please be sure to check before placing your order.
In the unlikely event that there is a change in the date, time, or number of people, we are sorry to inform you that you will need to cancel and make a new reservation.
