If we are unable to contact you, your reservation may be canceled. ▶We have special cancellation policies. ~New Year's holiday announcement~ ▶New Year's holiday closure period: Saturday, December 28th to Saturday, January 4th of the following year ▶Normal business hours until December 27th, 2024, and normal business hours from Sunday, January 5th, 2024 *Business hours may change without notice. ~Usage guide~ ▶We do not accept reservations for lunch and tea time except for open deck seats (1 seat *Maximum capacity 4 people). ▶We do not accept requests other than seat type (e.g. window seats, etc.). ▶If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. ▶Please contact us directly by phone for reservations for seats over 10 people. ▶Open deck seats cannot be used in rainy weather. You will be transferred to terrace table seats. ▶The terrace section may be closed during stormy weather such as typhoons. ▶The image is for illustrative purposes only and the menu will change according to the season. Regarding bringing your pet dog (Terrace section only) ▶Please note that we do not allow pet dogs to be held on your lap. Please place your dog on the floor or bring your own cart when you arrive. Cancellation policy ▶Changes to the number of guests can be made up until 5:00pm the day before. Any changes made after this time will be charged 100% of the total amount. ▶Please be sure to call us if you wish to cancel the day before or on the day of your stay.
