<About Reservations>
- Online reservations can be made up to two months in advance.
・Please contact us by phone if you wish to make a reservation more than two months in advance, for
parties of seven or more
, or if you have any special requests.
・About visiting with small children We usually only allow children of elementary school age or older to visit for the main dining. If you are visiting with infants or preschool children, we have a private room available in the building next to the store, so please make a reservation by phone. (Room fee applies) Tel. 075-533-6063
・Credit card information is required at the time of reservation. It is an imprint as a guarantee.
NO PAYMENT WILL BE CHARGED, EXCEPT IN CASE OF NON-ARRIVAL OR CANCELLATION WITHIN 2 DAYS. PLEASE PAY THE ACTUAL FEE ON THE DAY AT THE RESTAURANT.
・If you register a debit card, the fee will be debited from your account immediately upon confirmation of the reservation.
The debited amount WILL BE REFUNDED LATER
unless any cancellation fee is charged.
■CANCELLATION POLICY
We value the ingredients that our growers produced for us. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged.
