In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged starting from the date and time of your visit.
24 hours before your visit: ¥1,500 per person

●If you wish to change the date and time after your reservation has been confirmed, please contact us at the phone number listed below. Changes cannot be made online.
*If you cancel to change the date and time, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
●We cannot accept changes to the number of people after your reservation has been confirmed, regardless of the reason. Please be sure to check before confirming.
If there is a change in the number of people, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel your reservation and re-submit your reservation.
