- About advance reservations -
● Reservations can be made up to one month in advance and can be accepted up until the day of your visit.
● Refunds will not be accepted for prepayments made after a reservation has been made. Please be careful.
● If there are spaces available on the day, you can enter without a reservation; however, the price will change slightly, so we recommend making a reservation if possible.

- Things to note when visiting -
● If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we will have to treat it as cancelled.
● The time limit is one hour (including entry and exit). If you are late, we cannot extend your time.
● Our shop operates on a rotation system, and there is no waiting area. You must line up outside before entering. Please leave five minutes before closing.
● Please be sure to read the terms and rules before enjoying the shop.
● We also have a private plan. The fee is 75,000 yen per hour on weekdays and 102,000 yen and up on weekends and holidays. Please contact us by email at samoedoscafe@gmail.com.
