About Reservations</b
We have started to offer whole cakes for in-store delivery with pre-payment using TableCheck's service. Before making a reservation, please register “My Page Registration (upper right)” first.

---Regular Reservations: -------------------------------------------------
Reservation period: from the day of reservation to one month in advance, and until 6:00 p.m. 3 days prior to the desired date of pickup.
Pick-up time: Can be designated in 30-minute increments from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
(Closed on Wednesdays, please check the calendar for other holidays)
Please note that during the Christmas period, we cannot accept reservations for regular whole cakes for production reasons.
We will only be able to add a message to Christmas cakes.

---Christmas Reservations: ------------------------------------------
Online pre-order: 11/7 (Thu) 12:00 noon to 11/12 (Tue) 23:59
In-store acceptance: 11/14 (Thu.) 12:00 noon to 12/8 (Sun.)
Receiving date and time: 5 days from 12/21 (Sat.) to 12/25 (Wed.)
Number of units to be accepted online: Maximum number of units to be reserved is half of the total number of units manufactured
Online reservation time slots: Up to 30-59 minutes of each time slot for pickup

Please call the store to discuss changing the pick-up date and time after making a reservation. We may not be able to accommodate major time changes.
If you are more than one hour late for the designated time without notifying us, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.
If you wish to order more than one cake, you will need to make multiple reservations.
Please call us for special orders.

Please note that after 12/6, we will not be able to change the pick-up time for Christmas cake reservations due to production reasons.

<b>About cake delivery</b
After making a reservation, you will receive an e-mail confirming your reservation. Please be prepared to present your reservation number, which is indicated in the e-mail, to our staff.
If the person who made the reservation and the person who will receive the cake are different, please share the reservation number in advance and present it to our staff.

<b>Issuance of Receipt.
Please prepare a copy of your reservation number and present it to our staff when you make a reservation.
Receipts can be issued from My Page or from the reservation confirmation e-mail.

<b>About Message Plates, etc.</b
We will provide a congratulatory message plate and candles free of charge.
Additional message plates and numbered candles are available for a fee, but payment must be made at the store.

<b>Size and number of guests</b
12cm => for 2-4 persons
15cm => for 4-6 persons
18cm => for 6-8 persons
21cm => for 10-12 persons
For sizes larger than 21cm, please contact us by phone.
