<About reservation cancellation, change, and return>
▶Depending on the reservation contents and conditions, we may not be able to accommodate.
▶If it is past 18:00 the day before the reservation, please contact the telephone number listed on the [Reservation confirmation page] directly. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations other than by phone if the cancellation procedure period has passed. ▶Please note that if you are late for the pick-up date and time without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be made.
▶We cannot accept changes to products or quantities after a reservation has been made. If you wish to make a change, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
▶Please note that due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns due to customer convenience.
