・Please refrain from making reservations on the day of your arrival in Niseko. We also do not recommend making reservations if there is a possibility that your arrival will be delayed, such as if you are traveling from a long distance.
・If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reservation time, we may treat it as a cancellation depending on the situation.
・We may not be able to answer the phone during business hours
・We are unable to make taxi reservations or contact you for your return trip.

・If you are unable to come to the store due to reasons such as injury or poor health, or because transportation such as airplanes is stopped due to weather conditions, the cancellation fee will be charged as specified.
