▶Cancellation Policy

～31 days to 31 days prior to arrival: 0%.
30 days to 4 days prior to the reservation date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation
3 days to the day of the reservation 100%.

The amount of refund will be the above rate excluding "credit card transaction fee of 3.19% for JCB / AMEX / DINERS and 2.7% for VISA / Master.
Please note that the "credit card transaction fee" is always incurred at the time of payment.

*In the event that you are suddenly unable to come to the restaurant due to an unexpected transportation accident or natural disaster, if you contact us promptly by the reserved time and both parties reach an agreement, no cancellation fee will be charged.
