We DO NOT charge anything to the credit unless we receive LATE ARRIVAL, NO SHOW or LATE CANCELLATION.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations within two days of the reservation time will be charged 50% of the selected menu price, cancellations made within one day will be charged 100%. These policies also apply to reductions in party size.

For Exclusive bookings(7 guests~), cancellations made seven days or more in advance of the seating time will incur no charge. For cancellations made within seven days from seating time, there will be a charge of $1,500 per person. For cancellations made within
three days from seating time, no shows, reductions in number of guests or late arrivals will be the full Omakase price plus 15% service charge per person.

Zuicho offers set course menu only, a la carte options, child menu, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, Kosher or Halal are out of the accommodation.

Guests aged 12 years and above are welcome to dine at the counter. Guests under 12 year-old are welcome in our private room.
