This system allows you to specify your visit time in advance so that you can be given priority seating.
Please note that this is not a table reservation, so there may be a waiting time during busy periods.

● Reservations are accepted up to 7 days in advance.
● The reservation time is an estimate. The actual time of entry may vary. Thank you for your understanding.

<<About Cancellations>>
For cancellations, a fee will be charged as follows, calculated from the scheduled visit time:
24 hours before the visit time: ¥1,500 per person

<<Changes to Reservation Date or Number of Guests>>
We cannot accept any changes to the reservation date or number of guests after the reservation has been completed, for any reason. Please confirm your order carefully before finalizing your reservation.
If you need to make any changes to the date or number of guests, please cancel your existing reservation and make a new one.

<<About Payment>>
All payments will be made via a completely cashless ticket machine.
You can use credit cards and various QR code payment methods.
