[1] Application conditions
Reservations for room service products can only be made when a reservation for accommodation has been completed.
Please note that we cannot accept your reservation if we cannot confirm your reservation.

[2] Application deadline
Online applications are accepted until 14:00 five days before check-in.

[3] About payment
Only advance payment (credit card) at TableCheck is accepted. (Payment will be made when the reservation is completed.)

[4] About delivery time
① Please specify the delivery time of the cake according to the time you are in the room. (Please note that we do not accept deliveries before check-in or while you are out.)
We also accept deliveries of flowers and fruits before arrival.
② Please note that the delivery time may be slightly delayed from the specified time depending on the situation on the day.

[5] About cancellation fee
① Cancellation fee for cakes and fruits is as follows.
└On the day of reservation: 100% of the reservation fee
② Cancellation fees for flowers are as follows.
└From one week before the reservation date to the day of the reservation: 100% of the reservation fee (Flowers without a specified content or color will be 100% of the reservation fee only if canceled on the day)

[6] About cakes and fruits
Cake Regarding this, please eat it on the day of your reservation.
In addition, we do not allow cakes and fruits to be taken home from the viewpoint of food hygiene.

[7] Entering customer's contact information
Depending on the content of the application, the hotel may contact the customer.
When applying, please enter a phone number that is easy to contact (a mobile phone number if possible).
