The chef of the hotel is a connoisseur and uses ingredients directly ordered from Toyosu Market and our contract fishing boats.

Recommended lunchtime dishes include the "Tendon" made with plenty of fresh seafood such as shrimp and locally grown vegetables, and the "Homemade 100% Soba" made in our own soba factory using carefully selected domestic buckwheat flour and "Oyamabokuchi" wheat from Nagano Prefecture.
