Reservation
● We accept reservations for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
● The wine bar opens at 18:00 for drinks. (Bar food menu is available from 18:30)
● Please note that we may not be able to meet your request for seat selection.
● We are entitled to cancel your reservation If we do not hear from you past your reservation time. Please contact us in advance if there is possibility of running late.
● For reservation for 7 people or more, please contact us directly on 03-5847-1112.
● We are unable to meet your dietary request if you have a seafood allergy, a vegetarian or vegan.
●Please note that your credit card information will only be used to charge a cancellation fee.
●For those who enter a debit card or prepaid card number for a reservation, your card will be charged at the time of the reservation. You will be reimbursed of your fee in 1-2 months after your reservation date. (Please note that the refund period varies between card company.)

We do not withdraw prior to your visit.
Depending on the limit and the policy of the card company, the course fee will be held under the name of "caveman", but this is done by the customer's credit card company and not by us.
If it is not a cancellation, etc., payment will be made after you come to the store.
The amount held by the customer's credit card company will be refunded at a later date, but the refund date differs for each company. We can't look it up because it's private information.

Cancellation
● For cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation date, 100% of the course price + Tax for the number of people will be charged, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
