Bistro NOGA will host a popular event called "Sake Tripling Dinner" for 24 people only, where you can enjoy an original course that matches your sake. Spring 2025.

The collaborating brewery is Ozawa Sake Brewery, which was founded in 1702 in Sawai Village, Bushu, on the road connecting Edo and Koshu, and is located in a famous water town with a refreshing and abundant flow of water. The brewing water springs from the depths of a cave dug into the bedrock of the Chichibu Paleozoic Formation, the rich greenery of the mountains, the clear air, the carefully selected raw rice, and the refined techniques. You can enjoy the famous sake "Sawanoi" that is created by bringing all of these together. The sake vessels (glasses) will also be selected to match the sake, and we will deliver a special and precious moment that can only be experienced here and only for one day, with the combination of "sake x food x glass."

※The brewery's representative, Mikio Ozawa, will talk about the commitment to sake brewing, the characteristics of "Sawanoi", and how to enjoy it deliciously.
★Glasses: We will also pair glasses with the sake.
※Mr. Kimoto of Kimoto Glass will select sakeware (glasses) that go well with the sake, and will talk about its characteristics, points, and how to taste it.
