Our Chefs are committed to providing a wonderful dining experience. When dining at our Main counter or Private counter, kindly respect other guests, thank you for your understanding.

Fixed menu only. No à la carte option.
Raw fish and shellfish are key ingredients; We are unable to accommodate guests who can't eat all kinds of shellfish, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, or halal.
For any dietary restrictions, please inform us in advance.

Corkage Policy
Sushi Shin by Miyakawa is fully licensed and does not permit guests to bring their own beverages.

Meal Duration
Lunch session 12:00-2:00 PM
Dinner sessions 5:30-7:30 PM & 8:00-10:00 PM

Cancellation Policy
Reduction of the party will also apply as above.
30% : 7 days before the reservation
50% : 3 days before the reservation
100% : 2 days before the reservation or No-show.


Punctuality
To enjoy the Full Omakase experience please be punctual.
It takes two hours to enjoy the full omakase course.
Due to our limited seating guests that are later than 30 minutes will unfortunately not be able to receive the entire course.
Guests that are later than 60 minutes will be treated as No-show and charged the full Omakase price plus the 10% service charge.
