【About Reservations】
●We will collect your credit card information at the time of reservation in order to confirm your information, but the actual payment will be made at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
●We do not recommend the use of debit cards or prepaid cards to prevent problems. Please consider using a credit card.
●Last minute (same day or next day) reservations can only be made by phone.For reservations of 7 or more persons, please contact the restaurant directly.
●Reservations for Sundays and holidays must be made by 10:00 a.m. the day before.

【Seating】
●Counter seating starts at 18:00 and 20:30, and private rooms (table for 4 persons) start at 19:00.
●Please note that we may not be able to meet your seating request. Please understand in advance.

【Children are not allowed at the counter seating area】
●Children under junior high school age are not allowed at the counter.
Counter seating is limited to children of junior high school age or older who can eat the same crab course for one person as an adult. In this case, please include them in the number of adults in your reservation.
●Children under junior high school age are allowed to use the private rooms.
Please note that we do not provide chairs for children.
Children under 10 years old can be served in the private room (5,500 yen). Please let us know the quantity and age of your child.
●If you do not comply with the above, you may be denied entry to the restaurant on the day of your reservation.

【Cancellation Policy】
●Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee, regardless of the reason (including new coronavirus, influenza infection, etc.).
The only exception to this is in the event that you are physically unable to come to the restaurant due to a transportation system shutdown such as a typhoon or earthquake, in which case the cancellation fee will be waived upon presentation of proof (proof of transportation system delay, etc.).
●If you miss your appointment by more than 30 minutes, we will cancel your reservation. In that case, 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
●If the telephone number or e-mail address provided at the time of reservation is incomplete, the reservation may be cancelled. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number and e-mail address.

【About the course price】
●Due to fluctuations in the price of crab, the price you pay on the day of your reservation may be higher than the course price at the time of your reservation. Please make your reservation with your understanding and consent.
