Four Seasons Hotel Osaka announces the opening of its highly anticipated innovative sushi restaurant, set to welcome guests starting October 25, 2024. (Bookings will be accepted from Sunday October 27.)
Sushi L’Abysse Osaka is created under the supervision of Yannick Alleno, the only chef in France to simultaneously run two three-star restaurants.
The stage is set for an extraordinary journey at Sushi L’Abysse Osaka, where two of the world’s most celebrated gastronomic cultures — French cuisine and the art of sushi — will meet, intertwine and respond to one another in unexpected ways.

Business hours are as follows.
Lunch: 12:00 - 15:00 (LO 14:30) Dinner: 18:00 - 21:00 (LO 20:30)
