About This System
This system allows you to select your preferred arrival time in advance, giving you priority seating upon arrival.
However, please note that this does not guarantee a reservation, and you may still need to wait during busy periods. We appreciate your understanding.

<<Reservation rules>>
● Upon arrival: When you arrive at the store, please speak to the staff.
●About the designated time: The time you designate is the "arrival time". You may have to wait a little while to be shown to your seat.
●Reservations cannot be made directly over the phone.
●Please use this system to make reservations by 21:00 the day before.
●If you make a reservation at least one day in advance, you will be given priority seating.
●We do have seats available for the day, but please come directly to the store. We also distribute numbered tickets when the area is crowded.
●Strict adherence to reservation time: If you do not arrive 15 minutes after your reservation time, we will give priority to other customers.
●Reservation available days: Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
●About orders: Please order at least one bowl of ramen per person. (Same for children)
●About the menu: Some menu items may be sold out. note that.

<<Rules for visiting the store>>
●Only products may be photographed in the store. Please refrain from taking pictures of staff or the kitchen, live streaming, or making phone calls.
●When the restaurant is crowded, please cooperate by offering your seat after the meal to accommodate other customers.

<<Changing reservation date/time/number of people>>
●We cannot accept changes to the date, time or number of people. Please cancel and then make a new reservation.
●Please note that there are no refunds for fees.
