We primarily serve our Wagyu rare or medium rare to preserve its quality, but we do not offer well-done options.

Beyond just red meat, we explore a variety of Wagyu cuts, each prepared with care to showcase the full spectrum of flavors. We’re also happy to accommodate gluten-free guests with 24-hour notice.
