Cancellation policy: ●If you only book equipment, you will be charged 100% of the total cost if you book by 3pm the day before the event. ●If you book ingredients, you will be charged 100% of the total cost if you book by 5pm 7 days before the event. ●If you cancel without permission on the day of the event, you will be charged 100% of the total cost. ★If you cancel due to rain and change the date of your planned participation, there will be no cancellation fee. ★If you change the date of your planned participation and then cancel again, there will be a 100% cancellation fee. ★If we determine that the event cannot be held in the event of a typhoon or other bad weather, there will be no cancellation fee. In such cases, we will promptly contact you by phone or email. ★If you are unable to use the facility on the day of the event, please cancel as soon as possible.

<Prohibited items> Drinking alcohol (smoking) by those under the age of 20, drinking and driving, smoking outside designated areas, music (including karaoke), water guns (ball throwing, watermelon smashing, etc.) inside the store, running around inside the store, BBQs at night, camping (overnight stays), fireworks, open flames, shouting, water balloons, chugling, leaving trash behind, skateboarding, roller skating, slacklines, gas burners, gas stoves (using gas cylinders, etc.), etc. are all prohibited.

・People related to organized crime or similar organizations・People with tattoos (including tattoos, paint, etc.)・Behavior that disrupts order or public morals・Behavior that causes trouble to other customers・People who do not follow the terms of use or the instructions of our staff・People who are in a drunk or disruptive state・People who have used our facility before and caused trouble・People who make reservations under false information・BBQ delivery companies (delivery and food providers) will not be allowed to enter. ・BBQ for elementary and junior high school students only (parents must accompany them). The above people will not be refunded even after the fee has been collected. They will also be asked to leave.
