This is a system that allows you to specify your arrival time in advance to be shown to your seat on a priority basis.
Seats are not reserved, so there will be a wait time during busy times. Please understand this in advance.
Reservations are only available on weekends and holidays,weekdays are only for walk-ins.
Reservations will be opened from 0:00 a.m. 3 days prior to the reserved date.
e.g.) Reservations for Saturday will start from 0:00 on Wednesday, and reservations for Sunday will be opened from 0:00 on Thursday.
If a date you cannot select, the reservation will be fully booked on that date.
*Reservation Policy*
●Please make sure to order one bowl of ramen per person. (No multiple dishes allowed).
●Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the restaurant.
●Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation time.The seat will be open in order after you have purchased your meal ticket in advance.
●If you do not show up for your appointment after the scheduled time, it will be automatically cancelled.
●Due to the variety of ingredients, we do not recommend reservations for customer with strict dietary restrictions.
●Seating for more than 3 persons may be separated.
●When taking pictures inside the restaurant, please be careful not to show other customers, staff, or the kitchen.
●Customers using excessive perfume may be denied entry.
*Cancellation Policy*
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, starting from the date and time of your visit.
-On the day of the appointment (24 hours prior to the arrival time): ¥ 2,000 per person
-If you are late for your reservation, your reservation will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
*Change the date or number of people on your reservation*
We cannot accept changes in the number of people or date/time for any reason after a reservation has been made. Please make changes before confirming your reservation.
If you need to change the date, time, or number of people, please cancel your reservation and make a new one.
In that case, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
