Zuccotto is a traditional dome-shaped cake that originated in the Tuscany region of Italy, and is named after the hemispherical hat worn by clergymen. In keeping with the orange and red theme colors of our hotel's festive season this year, we have arranged this historic sweet using strawberries and oranges from Karuizawa. Please enjoy the gorgeous flavors of strawberries and oranges that are in harmony with each other, perfect for this once-a-year special season.
