▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seat specification.
▶If we cannot contact you within 15 minutes of your scheduled reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

▶Customers who wish to receive a message plate can only do so by phone. We cannot accommodate same-day requests, so please contact us in advance.

<Cancellation Policy>
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
■When canceling a reservation, changing a reservation,
canceling on the same day, or the day before: 100%
・From 00:00 3 days before 50%

*Cancellation fees in the cancellation policy apply, but we regret to inform you that we cannot accept other customers. We will take into consideration what you are doing and the preparation of the food, and will make sure to receive it. Thank you for your understanding.
