ミシュランの星を持つレストラン「Il Luogo Aimo e Nadia（イル・ルオゴ・アイモ・エ・ナディア）」のシェフであるファビオ・ピサーニとアレッサンドロ・ネグリーニと、エトロがコラボレーションするパネットーネは、ミラノの歴史あるレストランのオリジナルレシピに基づき、高品質なイタリア・バジリカータ産の小麦粉と天然酵母の伝統的なパン種サワードウを 72 時間かけて丹念に発酵させて焼き上げた、イタリアのクリスマスを代表するお菓子です。柔らかくしっとりとした口どけに、控えめな甘さの砂糖漬けオレンジピール、レモンピール、ブラックチェリーなどのフルーツや、アカシア蜂蜜、バニラビーンズが織りなす芳酵な香りが広がります。
