Florilege Hiroyasu Kawate at SHIROIYA Accommodation - 1 person per room plan [Event only available on Thursday, November 14th]
To celebrate the 4th anniversary of our opening, we will be hosting "Florilege Kawate Hiroyasu at SHIROIYA", a collaboration between Kawate Hiroyasu, the owner and chef of Florilege, a two-star Michelin restaurant in Azabudai Hills, Tokyo, which was ranked second in the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2024", and Katayama Hiro, the chef of Shiraiya Hotel's main dining room, Shiraiya The Restaurant, and Kawate's master-disciple relationship. Enjoy a stay surrounded by art and greenery along with gourmet food. Sommelier Kojima Yoshimitsu will also be providing drink pairings. This is a special time where you can enjoy the combination of ingredients, cuisine, and drinks to your heart's content, which can only be achieved in Maebashi. This is an accommodation plan that allows you to bask in the afterglow of a gourmet feast.
