◆Towers Restaurant cancellation policy
In the case of a restaurant reservation cancellation, the following fees will be charged.
Thank you for your understanding.

・In case of a reservation for 4 or less persons
On the day/No show…100% of the reserved plan price

・In case of a reservation for 5 or more persons
3 days prior…100% of the reserved plan price

In the case of a seat reservation cancellation, fees will be charged based on the list
prices below according to the conditions stated above.
Lunch: 5,000yen/per
Dinner:10,000yen/per

・In case of cake reservations
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for the cake from 3 days prior to the reserved date.

・ For holiday season reservations, the cancellation policy of each plan will apply, so please check the terms and conditions of the plan you have reserved.
