〇We will basically prepare all the dishes at the same time so that you can enjoy them in good condition.

★★Food is basically prepared simultaneously, especially from the perspective of cooking.

Therefore, if you are late, we may respond by "serving all the dishes at once" or "not being able to serve the dishes" so as not to keep other customers who arrive on time waiting. This is undesirable for us, so please be careful about the time you come to the restaurant.

We would also like to ask you to please be aware of the above before making a reservation. Since we want our customers to enjoy the restaurant equally, we will be happy to accommodate any requests you may have if the restaurant is fully booked.

★We do not accept reservations more than two months in advance. Please make a reservation when you visit, or contact us by phone or email.

★For reservations for 6 or more people or other inquiries, please feel free to contact us at the contact information below. If you have a party of 4 or more, we may be able to accommodate you on non-business days, such as lunch, so please contact us.

★We ask that new customers make reservations for at least 2 people.
Therefore, we only accept reservations from 2 people via the web. (We do not accept reservations for drink pairing only)

★Cancellation policy 100% of the meal fee will be charged on the day, and 50% the day before. Changes in the number of people on the day will also be considered the same cancellation. We will not accept future reservations in the case of no-shows or cancellations on the day without reason,
