Please understand the cancellation policy below. Thank you for your understanding. A cancellation fee of 16,500 yen (per person) will be charged for daytime reservations and 38,500 yen (per person) for evening reservations from 5 days prior to your visit. Please note that changes to the number of people will also be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late arrival: If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation will be automatically canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
