(Excluding Tsukiji store) ● Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept cancellations of products or changes to the pick-up store. Please note that we cannot provide refunds in the event of cancellation. ● Changes to the pick-up date can only be made by November 30th (Tuesday). Please note that there is a limit to the number of reservations for each day, so if the limit is reached, we will not be able to accept changes. *If you are unable to pick up your order during business hours on the day of receipt, your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be given. *The cake's expiration date is the day of purchase.
