Our policy on child guest
All guests of any age, including infants and children, are most welcome in our restaurants. Should a child's loud or unruly behavior be a disturbance to other guests, however, please note that a member of our staff may step in to ask you to be mindful of others' comfort. If necessary, we may recommend an alternative arrangement for your own dining pleasure.

Valet Parking
▶For guests and visitors arriving to the hotel with cars, we offer a valet parking service.
・Parking rate: JPY 1,000 per hour
・Restaurants: 3 hours free parking with a minimum spend of JPY 20,000 (If you will be staying for longer than 3 hours, extra JPY 1,000 per hour, will be charged)
・Oku-Nikko is a snowy area. Due to the extremely low temperatures, the road conditions are often frozen and slippery. We strongly recommend guests arriving from late November to wear snow tires or chains for their own safety (chains are not available at the hotel).

At The Ritz-Carlton Nikko, we take food allergies and dietary requirements seriously and we strive to accommodate our guest’s needs for a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
Please highlight any food allergies or dietary requirements to our associates in advance. We will endeavor to meet your needs however this may not be possible should you have multiple dietary requirements or if we receive your request on the day you visit us.
Whilst every care is taken with your meal, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment at our hotel as the kitchens, washing facilities, crockery and cutlery are used for both the regular menu dishes and the special dietary dishes.
Additionally, the information regarding our menu items and/or the ingredients that we use at The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko are provided by our producers and vendors.
