▶If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation without contacting us, your reservation may be automatically cancelled.
▶We cannot accept seating requests at the time of booking.
▶We may call you closer to the reservation date to confirm your reservation. If we are unable to contact you, your reservation may be cancelled.

▶New Year's holiday period: Thursday, December 26th to Monday, January 13th of the following year (holiday)

▶Reservations can be made up to one month in advance. (※Excluding banquet hall reservations)

Cancellation policy
▶Changes to the number of people can be made up to 5:00 p.m. the day before. Any changes made after that will be charged 100% of the total amount.
