We hold our valued customers in high regard and wish to ensure that you have the finest experience of Fine Southern Cuisine. Before you proceed with your reservation, we kindly request you to take a moment to review and understand the terms and conditions of our restaurant. If, for any reason, you find it challenging to comply with these terms or if any of the following requirements do not align with your party, please understand that we won't be able to accept your reservation, and refunds won't be possible.
1. Reservations once made cannot be altered, and deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Reservation deposits do not cover the cost of beverages and taxes.
3. Currently, Sorn does not offer a vegetarian menu, and we are unable to cater to guests who do not consume meat.
4. To maintain the integrity of our unique dining experience, we cannot exclude certain key ingredients. Regrettably, those with allergies or intolerances to coriander roots, onions, garlic, peppercorn, shrimp paste, coconut, chili, and fish sauce cannot be served in our establishment. These ingredients are considered fundamental to our cuisine and cannot be substituted.
5. Sorn predominantly serves shellfish, and we are unable to accommodate guests with shellfish allergies or those who do not consume shellfish, given the nature of Southern cuisine.
6. Please be mindful of our location, which may experience heavy traffic at times. If guests are more than 30 minutes late, their reservation will be void as per our policy.
7. While parking in front of our restaurant is limited, the Four Wings Hotel offers parking services at a rate of 40 THB per hour. Additionally, we provide a complimentary shuttle service, offering a round-trip between the restaurant and the Four Wings hotel.
8. We offer guests the option to bring personal bottle while also purchase one from our wine list. If guests wish to open more bottles, you are welcome to do so by ordering more bottles from our wine list.
9. The dining experience will commence once all guests have arrived and are comfortably seated.
10. While we endeavor to accommodate you to the best of our ability, please understand that, on short notice, we may assign the same table, and regrettably, we cannot add extra seating capacity to the reserved table.
11. If your party arrives with fewer guests than initially paid for, we kindly inform you that we will serve only the guests present.
