▶Our restaurant starts at the same time, so please be punctual. If you are late, we may not be able to serve you part of the course.

▶If you do not arrive 15 minutes after the course start time, your reservation will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

▶If you have a wide range of allergies or food preferences (gluten-free, vegetarian, cannot eat raw fish, etc.), we may have to cancel your reservation. Thank you for your understanding. If you have allergies, please be sure to let us know the day before. We will not accept requests on the day.

▶Children are not permitted to use the facility. Please note that if you are bringing children with you, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation and a 100% cancellation fee will be collected.

▶Please refrain from using perfume, fabric softener, or other strong-smelling products. Please be careful as you may not be able to enter the restaurant in some cases.

▶We do not provide birthday or anniversary plates. Please note that we also ask that you refrain from bringing in your own food.

▶Please note that we do not allow you to bring in any alcohol or other drinks.
