[Reservations]

● On the 1st of each month, we start accepting reservations up to the last day of the month.

(For example, on March 1st, we start accepting reservations from April 1st to 31st.)

● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seating.

● For reservations for one person, please contact the store directly by phone or email from the website.

● For reservations for 5 or more people, please contact the store directly by phone or email.

● For reservations for 5 or more people or reservations for private use, we will accept reservations up to the last day of the month two months in advance by phone.

● For cancellations and changes to the number of people for reservations for 5 or more people, a cancellation policy will be in place from 1 month in advance. (50% of the course price)

● Reservations are only accepted from customers aged 13 and over. There is no age limit for private use only, but please note that we do not provide baby chairs, etc.

● If we are unable to contact you after the reservation time, we may be forced to cancel the reservation. If more than 1 hour has passed since the reservation time without any contact, the reservation will be canceled.

●As the course menu is made using seasonal ingredients, we cannot accept changes to the menu due to ingredients you do not like.

● Please note that we cannot accommodate vegetarian and vegan customers.

● Please note that we cannot accommodate customers with seafood allergies in general.

● Please note that we cannot accommodate customers with nuts allergies in general.

● Please note that we cannot accommodate customers with dairy allergies in general.

● We may not be able to accommodate many other allergy foods.

● As we offer a course that incorporates elements of Okinawan court cuisine, we use many different parts of pork, so please note that we may not be able to accommodate customers who cannot eat them.

● If there are changes to the menu due to allergies or ingredients that you cannot eat, the menu will be unified for the entire group.
(We cannot change the menu for only one person)

● The credit card information entered when making a reservation will be used for the purpose of charging a cancellation fee only in the case of cancellation within 24 hours of the reservation date and time, or cancellation without permission on the day of the reservation.

●If you use a JCB, debit card, or some prepaid cards, the fee will be deducted when the reservation is confirmed, but the refund will be processed approximately 1-2 months after your visit.

■If you change or cancel your reservation from 3:00 p.m. three days prior, we will charge 50% of the course fee, and if you cancel on the day, we will charge 100% of the course fee.

◼️A separate 15% service fee and fuel cost will be charged.
