●This online system is a sales system that allows you to make reservations and payments in advance, and then deliver the product to you in store or by shipping. The minimum reservation date is 5 days in advance.

*We set the deadline to allow us to deliver the product on the desired date for customers in the preparation period and those who are far away, but we also sell it in stores on an irregular basis. Please feel free to contact us.
(If you cannot get through on the phone, it is a holiday.)

●If you purchase at the restaurant, you can write it in the remarks column of the restaurant reservation system. Please use it as a souvenir on the day.
*We do not accept restaurant reservations from here.

◆◇About changes and cancellations◇◆
●Due to the system, we cannot change your reservation after it has been made. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please cancel your reservation and place your order again.

●If you wish to pick up your order at the store and you do not show up for more than an hour after the specified time without contacting us, we may not be able to accommodate you on the day. Please pick up your order the next day or later.
Please note that if the date you wish to change the date overlaps with a restaurant holiday, the order will be sent cash on delivery.
*Please note that we cannot offer refunds in either case.

◆◇About picking up at the store◇◆
●The pick-up location is the entrance of the store. Please enter through the front entrance, just like when using the restaurant.

●Pickup times at the store are based on the restaurant's business hours, and are during lunch hours (12:00-15:00) and dinner hours (18:00-20:00), but we may be able to accommodate other times. If you would like to pick up outside of these hours, please contact us.

●If we are unable to contact you for more than two days, your order will be automatically cancelled.
*Please note that we cannot offer refunds.

●We are not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been handed over to the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding.
●Currently, we only ship within Japan. If you would like to ship overseas, please contact us.

Les frais d'expédition sont forfaitaires de 1 100 yens. Avez-vous fait votre choix dans le menu ? Veuillez noter que si vous n’en sélectionnez pas, les frais d’expédition seront payés à la livraison.

Cependant, si vous commandez 5 articles ou plus, ou si vous commandez plus de 20 000 yens, il n'y aura pas de frais d'expédition supplémentaires, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de faire de sélection.
