▶We are currently accepting reservations until December 27th. ▶Please make sure to select the number of people from the menu displayed on the screen. ▶Menus that are not displayed on the screen when you enter the date and time are sold out or are not on sale. ▶Please refrain from making duplicate reservations such as tentative reservations. We will not accept reservations from customers who repeatedly change the date and time or cancel. ▶We will keep your card information when you make a reservation, but it will not be charged. Please pay the actual usage fee in cash at the store on the day. ▶If you wish to change the details of your reservation (including changing the number of people), please cancel the reservation yourself and make a new reservation. ▶Please call us to change the reservation that includes parfait, as it cannot be re-booked online. ▶If the number of people decreases, a cancellation fee will be charged unless the reservation is changed. ▶Changes and cancellations of reservations must be made by 17:00 the day before the reservation date. ▶If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, the full price of the selected course will be charged as a cancellation fee from the registered card. ▶Internet reservations are accepted until 5:00 p.m. the day before the reservation date. Reservations for the day can be made by phone before business hours, but after business hours, we will accommodate customers in the order of arrival. ▶Please note that we cannot specify seats. ▶Last orders are at 4:00 p.m., closing at 5:00 p.m., and we have a 90-minute limit all day. ▶If you do not contact us on the day and 15 minutes have passed since the reservation time, we will be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late. ▶For reservations of 5 or more people, please contact the store directly. ▶We do not provide chairs or menus for children. For children who will be using a seat, please make one order. ▶There may be seats available on dates and times when online reservations are not possible. Please contact the store.
