▶Please come to The Ritz-Carlton Cafe & Deli on the first floor to pick up your items at the time of your reservation. You can pick up your car at the front entrance of the hotel's grand floor when you come by car.
Please come to the Hinokizaka entrance on the 45th floor to pick up Osechi box at the time of your reservation.
