About reservation
▶Business hours for the time being are as follows.

・Smoking is prohibited inside the store.
・We may not be able to accommodate your request for seat reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
・You can stay for two hours when you in a private room.
・For customers using private rooms, a room charge of 5,500 yen per room (2-hour system/service charge not included) will be charged.
*Depending on the number of people, we will provide you with a room for 11,000 yen (14 tatami mats, 2 hours / service charge not included) or 22,000 yen (28 tatami mats, 2 hours / not including service charge).
*If you use a private room of 14 or 28 tatami mats, we will charge a minimum sales guarantee of 110,000 yen for lunch and 220,000 yen for dinner. (Both times are 2 hours, service charge not included)
・There are also private rooms separated by sliding doors. Thank you for your understanding.
・For reservations for 13 or more people, please contact the store directly.
・Rare parts (fins, chateaubriand, etc.) are available in limited quantities, so whether we can provide the quantity you desire depends on the purchasing situation at the time. Please contact us by phone regarding the situation on the day.
・Service charge is 15%.
・Due to the characteristics of the system, even if the online reservation is full, we may be able to reserve a seat for you by telephone. Please contact the store once.

◆Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after a reservation has been made will be subject to the following cancellation fees.

Course Reservations :
The day before the reserved day : 50% of the course price / person
On the day of the reservation : 100% of the course price / person
Cancellation without notice : 100% of the course price / person
Seat-only (Lunch) Reservations :
The day before the reserved day : 2,750 yen / person
On the day of the reservation : 5,500 yen / person
Cancellation without notice : 5,500 yen / person
Seat-only (Dinner) Reservations :
The day before the reserved day : 5,500 yen / person
On the day of the reservation : 13,200 yen / person
Cancellation without notice : 13,200 yen / person
When reserving a private room, the following additional charges will apply :
The day before the reserved day : 2,750 yen (Kiku, Take, Ume & Ran no Ma) / 11,000 yen (Over 14 Tatami Room)
On the day of the reservation : 5,500 yen (Kiku, Take, Ume & Ran no Ma) / 22,000 yen (Over 14 Tatami Room)
Cancellation without notice : 5,500 yen (Kiku, Take, Ume & Ran no Ma) / 22,000 yen (Over 14 Tatami Room)

If you do not show up after 15 minutes of your reservation time without notice, we will charge a cancellation fee.
