*Online orders are only available with credit card prepayment.
*Changes and cancellations will be handled as follows depending on the pick-up date. Reservations for pick-up from December 16th (Mon) to 22nd (Sun): 3 days before the pick-up date, by 7pm
Reservations for pick-up from December 23rd (Mon) to 25th (Wed): by 7pm on December 20th (Fri)

Changes and cancellations of products after December 21st are generally not possible.

If you wish to make changes, please consult with the store. You may be asked to pay on the day.

If you cancel after December 21st, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged and no refunds will be given, but if you are unable to make a reservation due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the store by phone.

About reservations

●Changes after a reservation cannot be made due to the system. If you wish to make changes, please cancel and reschedule your reservation.

～About delivery～
●When picking up, please show the reservation email or tell the staff your reservation number and name.
●Depending on the date of your reservation, there may be busy times, so it may take some time for us to deliver your order.
●If you are more than one hour late from the specified time without contacting us, your order will be automatically canceled and no refunds will be given.
