Please be sure to inform us in advance if there is a possibility of pregnancy, if you are currently going to the hospital, or if you are taking medicine.
If you are staying, please let us know the name of the hotel representative. Also, please let us know if the name of the person who made the reservation and the name of the customer using the treatment are different.
[For outpatient customers: Regarding use of the hot spring facilities] Please refrain from using the hot spring facilities before your treatment. Advance reservation required 《Only for guests who wish to take a bath before the treatment》Please enter this in the answer field. On the day, please tell the hotel front desk the name of the person who made the spa reservation. You will be given a card key for the bathing facility. *We cannot guarantee cleaning times between 12:00 and 14:00. In that case, we will inform you after the treatment. *The hotel will undergo renovation work from January 6th (Mon) to April 12th (Sat). During the renovation work period, the large baths will be open on a shift basis for men and women.
