・When boarding the ship,

Please come directly to the sea side of the hotel, ``Pukari Sanbashi''.
・The ship will depart on time. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
・Please note that if you miss the departure time, we will not be able to accept any refunds.
・Children aged 5 and over will be charged the same price as adults. (Unless there is a special children's menu)
・One child under 4 years old can ride for free per adult as long as they sit on the lap. (Please make a reservation without including it in the number of people)
・We do not accept requests for seats. Please sit in an available seat in the order you board the ship.
・Children over 1 year old but under 12 years old are asked to wear a life jacket.
・If the cruise is canceled due to strong winds, stormy weather, etc., the hotel will contact you by phone.
・Please note that there is no preferential parking ticket service when using "Le Grand Bleu".

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from 3days before the reservation date.
