The catch of the Kanagawa-produced Ibaragani and Takaashigani crabs that we use in our restaurant is not keeping up with demand, so we have decided to revise our prices to prevent overfishing, to pass on our important food culture to the next generation, and to protect the marine environment. The price revision will take effect in January 2025. Even after the price revision, we will continue to treat the only Kanagawa-produced local crabs in Japan with care so that our customers will be satisfied.
