[About reservations] ●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for seating. ●Even if you cannot make a reservation online, if you contact the store directly, we may be able to provide you with a seat, so please contact the store. ●For reservations for 1 person or 9 people or more, please contact the store directly. ●If we are unable to contact you after 30 minutes of the reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late. ●When making a reservation under a company name, please make the reservation with the representative's full name and enter the company name in the comments field. ●If there are any errors in the information provided at the time of reservation, your reservation may be canceled. ●The menu contents may change on the day without notice. ●There are no menus for vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free people, and people who cannot eat seafood in general, including fish, so please refrain from making reservations. ●There is no service charge during lunch time. A separate 10% service charge will be charged during dinner time. ●If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please contact us by two days prior to your visit. A cancellation fee of 50% will be charged if you cancel the day before, and a cancellation fee of 100% will be charged if you change the number of people in your party or cancel on the day. ●The promotional code that has been distributed can only be used once.
