◆Please make sure that all members are present and arrive on time.

◆If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be cancelled and you may be charged a cancellation fee.

◆Reservation time is the time you come to the restaurant, not the time the food is ready.
Please allow plenty of time for your visit.

◆Please order more than one dish per person.

◆Please order same type of eel per group due to the cooking time.

◆Prices are for reference only.
Please note that the price may change from the price at the time of reservation when the purchase price of eels soars.

◆If the reserved eel is not in stock, we will prepare something close to that quality. In that case, we will not be able to contact you in advance.

◆For visits including children, please order one dish (the same dish as the accompanying adult) for each child. Under 7 years old are not allowed to come to the restaurant.

◆We are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Please understand that we cannot answer the phone when we are closed or busy.
If you wish to cancel or change the number of people (in case of changing the number of people, please cancel your reservation once and then make a new one), please check our cancellation policy and make your cancellation or change of number of people by yourself on the Internet.

◆ Seating is available for 2 hours from the reserved time.
If your reservation is made at 12:30, you may use your seat until closing time (14:00).

◆Please note that we will not be able to respond to any requests or questions regarding items that we do not offer or are unable to accommodate.
We will not be able to contact you if you fill out a form with items that we do not offer or requests that we are unable to accommodate.

◆ Wild eel is only available during the good season from spring to early fall. It’s from around January to April, it is especially difficult to get them in stock.

◆ As for all eels, the shape of the dish may be changed as 3 eels for 2 servings or 2 eels for 1 serving depending on the availability. If we do not have the eel you want in stock, we will prepare something closer one.

◆Please call us before making a reservation if you are in a wheelchair.

◆Course meals can be reserved for 18:00 and 18:30.

◆We cannot accept a large serving of rice due to the size of the rice box. Please order half rice or rice separately.


【Cancellation Policy】
Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, starting from the reserved date and time. Please understand in advance.
Up to 4 persons: 50% from 3 days prior, 100% from 2 days prior
Up to 7 persons: 50% from 5 days prior, 100% from 4 days prior
Up to 11 persons: 6 days prior 50%, 5 days prior 100%.
Up to 15 persons: 15 days prior 50%, 10 days prior 100%.
Up to 19 persons: 50% from 20 days prior, 100% from 15 days prior
Up to 24 persons: 50% from 25 days prior, 100% from 20 days prior
Please consult us for more than that.
Please understand that the seats is limited.



Your card number is required to make a reservation, however it will only be charge in case of cancellation or no-show.

Please pay your bill on the day of your visit.

We do not recommend using debit cards for making reservations. If you use a debit card, will be debited immediately and refunded after your visit to our restaurant (it may take several weeks for the refund to be processed).

Some credit card companies may send a usage notification e-mail, etc. But it will not be debited online when you make a reservation. If you are unsure, please contact your credit card company.

Requests

For more than reservations for the number of people, please fill in the menu and number of items you want to add Shirayaki, kabayaki, etc. here.

Example) If you want to reserve 4 Unaju and 1 Shirayaki for 4 people

Please order the Unaju for the number of people and fill in "one additional Shirayaki" here.

※We do not accept single items of snacks included in the course, so you can't write them down.
