Locally produced, locally consumed seasonings, ingredients, tableware, and more are all carefully selected in Kyoto. We want our guests to experience the local production and gastronomy that was born in Kyoto by focusing on when, where, and who made it. *Some kaiseki dishes include ingredients that are not from Kyoto. The most eye-catching appetizer tableware is a work by Masahiro Morisaki, a potter from Sagano, Kyoto. Known as a master of glazes, he is fascinated by glazes and has studied them extensively. The tableware is so captivating that it is fun to think about what dishes to pair it with.

[About allergy response] In order to provide safety and peace of mind to our customers, please check the following before making a reservation. ・We can only accommodate the seven specific raw materials (milk, eggs, wheat, shrimp, crab, buckwheat, peanuts) that are required to be labeled and whose usage can be confirmed. ・Reservations (declarations) must be made at least two days in advance, so please let us know in advance. ・We will conduct a reconfirmation hearing at the store on the day. ・If safety confirmation cannot be confirmed, we may not be able to serve food or drinks. ・Please note that since the food is cooked in the same kitchen as other menu items, there is a possibility that allergens may be unintentionally mixed in (contamination) during the cooking process. *If contamination (including unintentional traces) is not possible, we will not be able to serve the food. *Cooking utensils, tableware, frying oil, refrigerators, etc. are all shared. *For food allergens declared the day before or on the day, or other than the seven specific raw materials, it is difficult to fully grasp the usage situation and cannot confirm safety, so we cannot respond to allergies.
