CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is free until 8 days prior to the date of visit. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the visit will be subject to a fee of 100% of the course price.

Refunds for cancellations will be processed by the credit card company and will not be handled at the store.

Due to the nature of the immersive art production, you may not be allowed to enter if you arrive later than your reservation time, as it may interfere with the show and service to other guests.
